Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.kiyoki.com.au. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders within Australia:

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur(Especially during major holidays).

New Zealand Residents:

All orders will require freight to be quoted. Shipping is normally 1 – 5 days* however please allow an extra 10 days for New Zealand Customs (Beyond our control).

PLEASE NOTE ORDERS UNDER $400 NZD do not attract GST in NZ. All prices quoted are excluding Australian GST as long as we ship directly to New Zealand.

There may be additional GST/ Duty charges by New Zealand Customs for goods over NZ $400.

* Due to Covid 19 restrictions there may be a delay in orders being dispatched and shipping times.

International Orders

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Kiyoki.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Kiyoki.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
